How to order?

Please note that we ship all over the world, and all of our shipments are fully insured and packed as well as physically possible. So don't worry :)

Use our secure online shopping cart system. Each item has a buy button next to it, both on the thumbnail image pages and on the large picture pages. Simply click this button and the item is added to your cart. Follow the on-screen instructions to either continue shopping, change quantities, send item as a gift (click SEND AS A GIFT on the cart page) or to checkout ( secure or normal ) and purchase your selected items.

• Canada. ..20% extra (after Tax Credit)
• Australia, New Zealand & Hong Kong. ...25% extra (after Tax Credit)

Shipping Times:-

• U.S. ...3 to 6 Weeks approx.
  72 hour air express service available on request at extra charge. Approx 20% extra.
  Minimum Charge Euro 115
  If you have your own D.H.L. or U.P.S. a/c, then no charge
  This service sometimes attracts a duty charge upon receipt.
• U.K. ...2 Weeks or less.
• Rest of World. ...4 Weeks or less.

All Parcels are fully insured.
All claims for breakages or damage must be reported to us within seven days of receipt of goods.

All transactions are charged in Euro. Currency conversion will be handled by your own bank & will be shown on your bank a/c statement.

Please note that we can engrave anything you like on any of our crystal products. We can hand sign something basic like initials..or a name & date etc.. And we can also have any image you like hand-engraved or sandblasted on to our products... (company logo, family crest, coat of arms, portrait, bulidings ..ANYTHING!!)

All pieces are hand signed "Kinsale" personally by the team. Please advise if you require the artist  to also sign his own name and the year to your order.
